Within 30 days from the date of receipt, risk-free returns are supported.

The returned goods must be in the original condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

Quality issues are covered by the official for the shipping cost. Returns caused by personal reasons are the responsibility of the buyer and will incur the return shipping cost. No listing or restoration fees will be charged during this period.

Returns after 30 days

Returns for non-quality reasons after 30 days require customer service review. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and a 10% refund fee will be deducted from the order amount for restoration.

Warranty policy

Standard reverse osmosis systems offer a 1-year limited warranty, while advanced reverse osmosis systems offer a 2-year limited warranty and come with lifetime technical support.

Refund cycle

After the warehouse receives and verifies the goods, the official will trigger the refund within 5 working days. The refund will be returned to the payment account and it usually takes 4 to 7 working days for the funds to arrive.
