Delivery policy

Order processing time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Cooperative carriers: Cooperate with UPS, USPS, FedEx and Amazon Logistics US.
Delivery coverage: Cover most states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (with additional freight charges required), but do not currently support U.S. territories (such as Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.) and direct international transshipment.
Exceptional situations: Include risk control audits, delays due to bad weather and handling of multi-package consolidated shipments.
